The only thing missing from the example is an authhash which is required for a stream to be listed in the Shoutcast Radio Directory when using the Shoutcast 2 system. The provided example will create a simple server configuration and contains the basic settings needed to allow for the server to work so it will appear in the Shoutcast lists. Work through the file's contents and then fill in or change any of the values required for how you want to use the server. Rename it to sc_nf and open it in a text editor. Getting the Server started you first need to copy the sc_serv_nf file from the examples subfolder into the root of the install location. ![]()
